      曹利民,天津大学化工学院博士,加拿大萨斯喀切温大学医学院博士后,生命科学学院副教授,2014年发表“三阶段基因转录调控提高纤维素乙醇产量的方法及基因工程菌株”专利成果(发明人:萧伟、曹利民、汤兴良、田雪蕾)。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目“发掘丙酮酸激酶调节的通量感应开关及其影响酿酒酵母木糖有氧发酵的调控机制研究”等。与中科院天津所、清华大学、山东大学等国内外大学进行实质性合作研发,贡献作为第一或通讯作者,有望获得2-3项突破性成果。主讲“微生物与人类”、“微生物学实验”等课程。
内 容 简 介:
     (1)1.1 The ethanol production yield and efficiency, xylose consumption rates, the amounts and balance of the coenzyme were improved by two stage transcriptional reprogramming; 1.2 Gene expression profiles of different target engineered strains were compared by the RNA-seq analysis; 1.3 Optimizing xylose metabolism in the presence of acetic acid were further performed using metabolic and evolutionary engineering.
     (2)2.1 Metabolic rewiring and directed evolution lead to a fully functional, non-native carbon fixation cycle, which synthesizes sugars and other major biomass components in E. coli.; 2.2 The anaerobic, non-photosynthetic mixotrophy, defined as the concurrent utilization of organic (for example, sugars) and inorganic (for example, CO2) substrates in a single organism, can provide necessary reductant (that is, H2) to increase product yields and reduce overall CO2 emissions.
